Community Impact
Engineered Rigging prioritizes giving back to the communities where we live and work. In 2025, we created a nonprofit foundation, Engineered Giving, to elevate our efforts. In addition to providing volunteer support in the communities where we live and work, Engineered Giving contributes financially to initiatives related to education, food insecurity and more.
Fighting Childhood Hunger
To celebrate the launch of Engineered Giving, the organization launched a fundraising campaign for Arkansas River Valley Food 4 Kids (RVF4K) summer program. The campaign was held during Engineered Rigging’s Heavy Lifting Equipment Showcase in Russellville, Ark. In addition to Engineered Giving’s $7,500 grant to sponsor summer meals for 100 local school children who face hunger, participants at the Showcase donated money for a combined impact of $14,155. Engineered Rigging team members presented the check to RVF4K’s executive director and board members on June 12, shown at the top of the page.
“Thanks to Engineered Giving’s wonderful support, 188 kids in the Arkansas River Valley will have full bellies and happy hearts this summer. This generous gift proves that the community profits when you support nonprofits, creating waves of hope that ensure no child must worry about where their next meal is coming from!” said RVF4K Executive Director Leslie Walton.
In recognition of Engineered Giving’s efforts, RVF4K recognized Engineered Rigging as its Corporate Partner of the Year.
Annual Scholarship
Engineered Giving will annually award a $3,000 scholarship to a high school senior or college/vocational student who is pursuing a degree or certification to prepare for a career in the field of heavy lifting and transport industry. The recipient must display a strong sense of service and community involvement reflective of Engineered Giving’s mission to positively impact the communities in which Engineered Rigging’s employees live and work. The inaugural scholarship recipient was Jaden Rozum.
We are now accepting 2026 applications. The deadline to submit is June 30.
Hilltop Neighborhood House
For several years, Engineered Rigging has supported this community treasure in Valparaiso, Indiana. The nonprofit provides hunger relief to 1,800 food insecure individuals every month through its food pantry, Mission Kitchen and community garden. The organization also has a vibrant childcare program that provides early childhood education and after school care.
