CLP Gantry Cranes
Engineered Rigging has partnered with Officine CLP to exclusively distribute the Italian company’s renowned hydraulic gantries to North and South America. A 50-year old company and a pioneer in the gantry market since 2001, CLP’s reputation for meticulous engineering, innovation and craftmanship has earned the trust and appreciation of industrial companies across Europe and Asia. Engineered Rigging is pleased to introduce the full line of CLP gantries to the US, Canada and Latin America.
CLP’s gantry line includes 14 models, one of the most extensive offerings of any heavy lifting manufacturer in the world. Their assortment spans the LG Series of ultra-compact, bare cylinder gantries and the T Series of high-capacity telescopic boom gantries. Unlike many competitors, the CLP gantries feature a compact, modular design that supports two and four-leg configurations.
Prior to delivery, every CLP machine undergoes certified load testing, dynamic tests at 110% and static tests at 125%, with complete documentation attesting to regulatory compliance and reliability. All CLP gantries comply with CE and ASME design standards to optimize reliability. We have CLP gantries, as well as Enerpac models, available to buy or rent.
LG Series
Introduced in 2001, the LG Series has an impressive track record and a dedicated following. The ultra-lightweight bare cylinder gantries feature an exposed piston that simultaneously serves as a guide element and lifting system. This distinctive design element delivers high capacity without the bulk and enables the gantry to maintain consistent lifting capacity throughout the full stroke, so users never have to compromise power for size. The compact profile makes them ideal for the tight clearances common in indoor operations such as data centers, warehouses and manufacturing plants.
Key Features
Full Capacity at Full Extension: Gantries experience zero capacity loss at maximum height to complete the most demanding lifts.
Meticulously Engineered: Every hydraulic line and internal control component is precisely routed, resulting in an ultra-clean layout that maximizes safety and simplifies maintenance. Internally ported cylinders eliminate exposed hydraulic hoses, snag hazards and potential leak points, while self-contained power packs in each leg ensure fast deployment, quiet performance and completely hose-free operation.
Smart Wireless Precision: An intuitive, ergonomic LCD radio remote displays real-time metrics including lift height, load weight and system health throughout the lift. The system features automated leveling and synchronized travel. It also automatically identifies each installed accessory, detects its maximum capacity and adjusts working parameters in real time, eliminating the risk of overload or operator error. Each gantry ships with two remote controls.
Remote Diagnostics: Built-in cellular connection allows quick offsite troubleshooting by Engineered Rigging to prevent jobsite delays.
Compact, Modular Design: Each LG model has a high power to size ratio and is lightweight to maximize portability. It can be configured with two or four legs within a compact footprint to adapt to numerous industrial settings. Plus, it ships in a single standard trailer to reduce transport costs.
Reliability: CLP gantries feature non-proprietary, readily available Bosch Rexroth hydraulics and Siemens electrical systems which optimize quality and simplify sourcing and maintenance.
Safety Optimization: The hose-free system has a remote emergency stop, electronic overloading control, side shift movement limit and a remote control that enables a single operator to operate the gantry at a distance from the load.

T Series
The T Series are high-tonnage telescopic hydraulic gantries that feature a compact footprint, innovative full tower synchronization and exceptional vertical range without sacrificing reach. With capacities ranging from 441 to 1,102 tons, robust construction makes these gantries suitable indoor or outdoor intensive use with high flow rates. These gantries have a covered piston to ensure high stability, safety and precision, even in limited spaces or demanding operating conditions common in manufacturing, logistics and power plants, as well as civil construction, railroad, naval and aerospace applications.
Key Features
Full tower synchronization: One of the most appreciated innovations of the T Series is the complete synchronization management of the towers: not only in lifting and lowering, but also in translation, ensuring perfectly coordinated movements even with unbalanced or complex loads. towers move in coordination not only during lifting and lowering, but also during horizontal travel, keeping loads perfectly balanced even when they’re uneven or complex. Full sync
Exceptional Vertical Range: An integrated third mechanical extension stage is managed by remote control and available in manual or servo-assisted configurations to optimize lifting height. The servo-assisted version is power-driven and precision-controlled.
Compact, Modular Design: To accommodate space-constrained job sites, each T Series leg has a footprint of just 4.1 ft x 8.0 ft. Like the LG Series, these models can be configured with two or four legs to adapt to numerous industrial settings.
Motorized Self-Propel: Four axles per leg, two motorized, riding on eight wheels for controlled repositioning.
The system’s operating logic can be customized and configured for integration with other systems. Each gantry ships with two remote controls.
Non-Proprietary Components: Bosch Rexroth hydraulics and Siemens electrical systems are highly trusted and readily available.
Safety Optimization: The hose-free system has a remote emergency stop, electronic overloading control, side shift movement limit and a remote control that enables a single operator to operate the gantry at a distance from the load.
Meticulously Engineered: Every hydraulic line and internal control component is precisely routed, resulting in an ultra-clean layout that maximizes safety and simplifies maintenance. Internally ported cylinders eliminate exposed hydraulic hoses, snag hazards and potential leak points, while self-contained power packs in each leg ensure fast deployment, quiet performance and completely hose-free operation.
Remote Diagnostics: Built-in cellular connection allows quick offsite troubleshooting by Engineered Rigging to prevent jobsite delays.
