Foxtrot Robotic Dollies
Made in North America, Foxtrot’s motorized skates are purpose-built for indoor use when a forklift is not feasible. They are compact, battery-operated and remote controlled which allows them to navigate tight corridors, crowded pathways, narrow aisles and confined spaces common in industrial facilities. Engineered Rigging offers five models with load capacities ranging from 10 to 60 tons. All models are available for rental or purchase. A demonstration of the Foxtrot robotic dollies can be scheduled by calling 1.844.474.4448 or contacting sales@engrigging.com.
SOLO 10
The most compact model in the fleet, the SOLO 10 weighs just 99 pounds and can be carried by two people, making it fast and easy to deploy on any job site. Despite its small footprint, the kit handles loads up to 10 tons, runs up to four hours on a single lithium battery charge, and features four-inch non-marking wheels designed to minimize rolling resistance in tight industrial spaces. Each SOLO model ships in a turnkey kit.
SOLO 20
The model that launched Foxtrot’s robotic skate line moves loads up to 20 tons at speeds up to 26 feet per minute. Weighing 220 pounds, the SOLO 20 is easy to transport and position on site. The on-board lithium battery runs up to six hours, charges in three hours, and can be swapped under load to minimize downtime. Six-inch non-marking wheels handle floor gaps up to one inch and threshold crossings up to 3/8 inch, making this model a game changer for industrial plants. Each SOLO model ships in a turnkey kit.
BRIDGE 40
The SOLO 20’s capacity can be doubled in less than a minute without tools by attaching Foxtrot’s BRIDGE 40 to its pivot point. With an ultra-low, ¾-inch profile, the wheeled attachment expands the load-bearing surface area to boost the robotic dolly’s load capacity to 40 tons. The Bridge 40’s four wheels perform the same as the SOLO 20; they leave no marks on the floor and can roll effortlessly over plates and cracks.
SOLO 60
Built for the heaviest single-dolly applications, the rugged SOLO 60 kit safely handles loads up to 60 tons at speeds up to 28 feet per minute. This Foxtrot model features a low profile of just 7.25 inches, an integrated brake for added control, and the ability to manage slopes up to four percent. It is ideal for tough industrial environments, production lines and indoor machinery moves. Each SOLO model ships in a turnkey kit.
TANGO
When an application requires both vertical and lateral movement, Foxtrot’s TANGO is a cost-effective alternative to heavy load Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). With a four-inch stroke, the TANGO’s integrated lifting system lifts loads up to 10 tons and supports lateral moves of loads up to 20 tons. With all-wheel-drive six-inch wheels, exchangeable load supports, and speeds up to 80 feet per minute, the TANGO is ideal for production lines and repetitive manufacturing moves. Its interchangeable battery delivers up to four hours of runtime and recharges in three hours. The TANGO ships with a transport cart for fast moves between workstations.
THE SOLO WORKSITE KIT
Each model in the SOLO series ships in a wheeled worksite box that includes one robotic dolly, two follower skates with adjustable alignment bar, a remote controller, a large saddle plate, two lithium batteries, a 100-volt battery charger, and magnetic safety blocks. The storage box has a dedicated area for each component to ensure everything is easily accessible. [insert photo of the kit in this section instead of between solo 10 and solo 20.
Selecting a Robotic Dolly
Choosing the best equipment for a project is not always straightforward, as there are numerous factors to consider. Engineered Rigging’s heavy lift and specialized transport experts will work with clients to fully understand their needs, site challenges and operating conditions before making a recommendation. For particularly complex applications, the Foxtrot dollies can be customized by Engineered Rigging’s engineering and fabrication team. We also have powered dollies by Hilman and Enerpac available.
