Engineered Rigging is the exclusive distributor in North and South America of Officine CLP’s Italian-made hydraulic gantries. CLP’s gantry line includes 14 models, one of the most extensive offerings of any heavy lifting manufacturer in the world. Their assortment spans the LG Series of ultra-compact, bare cylinder gantries and the T Series of high-capacity telescopic boom gantries. CLP’s gantries feature a modular design that supports two and four-leg configurations and easy transport.
Prior to delivery, every CLP machine undergoes certified load testing, dynamic tests at 110% and static tests at 125%, with complete documentation attesting to regulatory, CE and ASME compliance and reliability. All CLP gantries comply with CE and ASME design standards to optimize reliability. Engineered Rigging is pleased to introduce the full line of CLP gantries to the USA, Canada and Latin America with rental available on select models. We also have Enerpac gantries available to buy or rent.
LG Series
Introduced in 2001, the LG (Light Gantry) Series has an impressive track record and a dedicated following. These gantries feature a bare cylinder design, which keeps their weight down while maintaining strength, and top quality double-acting telescopic cylinders which uniquely offer full load capacity at full height. Internal porting of the cylinders means there are no external hoses which amounts to a significant upgrade in safety and ease of use. The compact profile makes them ideal for the tight clearances common inside of data centers, warehouses and manufacturing plants.

Full Capacity at Full Extension: Gantries experience zero capacity loss at maximum height to complete the most demanding lifts.
Compact, Modular Design: Each LG model has a high power-to-size ratio and is lightweight to maximize portability. It can be configured with two or four legs within a compact footprint to adapt to numerous industrial settings. It ships in a single trailer to reduce transport costs.
Meticulously Engineered: Every hydraulic line and internal control component is precisely routed, resulting in an ultra-clean layout that maximizes safety and simplifies maintenance. Internally ported cylinders eliminate exposed hydraulic hoses, snag hazards and potential leak points, while self-contained power packs in each leg ensure fast deployment, quiet performance and completely hose-free operation.
Smart Wireless Control: An intuitive, ergonomic LCD radio remote displays real-time metrics including lift height, load weight and system status throughout the lift. It compares maximum system capacity to actual load in real time to prevent an overload in the event of changing lift conditions or operator error. The system features automated leveling and synchronized travel. Each gantry ships with two remote controls.
Remote Diagnostics: Built-in, ready-to-equip cellular or LAN connection allows quick offsite troubleshooting by CLP or Engineered Rigging service teams helps prevent jobsite delays.
Reliability: CLP gantries feature non-proprietary, readily available Bosch Rexroth hydraulics and Siemens electrical components which optimize quality and simplify sourcing and maintenance.
Safety Optimization: The hose-free system has a remote emergency stop, electronic overloading control, side shift movement limit and a remote control that enables a single operator to operate the gantry at a distance from the load.

T Series
Engineered for extreme heavy lifting, the T Series feature an advanced telescopic boom design, exceptional vertical range and capacity up to 1,100 tons. By housing a heavy-duty, double-acting 2-stage cylinder inside an external boom, the system guides and protects the internal hydraulics while delivering superior structural stability. Select models feature mechanical extension booms to maintain exceptional lifting force at maximum height. Despite their massive power, T Series’ legs feature a compact transport profile (8 in. transport height when tilted horizontally) that fits onto standard trailers. The T-series is ideal for manufacturing, logistics, civil construction, railroad, naval and aerospace applications, as well as power plant maintenance.

Optional mechanical extensions allow systems to retain superior capacity at maximum heights up to 41 ft 7 in.
Meticulously Engineered: Heavy-duty welded steel plate frames and precision-milled booms engineered with ultra-tight tolerances maximize lateral stability during critical lifts. Internal cylinder porting protects hydraulic lines, eliminates exposed external hoses and removes potential leak points and jobsite snag hazards. Self-contained power packs in each leg utilize premium Bosch Rexroth proportional valves for ultra-smooth control.
Modular, Transport-Ready Design: Configurable in 2 or 4-leg setups, T Series gantries feature heavy-duty tilting mechanisms for rapid jobsite deployment. When laid horizontal, legs maintain a compact 8′ transport height for easy semi-trailer shipping.

Built-in automated leveling and synchronized travel use absolute encoders and PLC speed unification across all legs to prevent structural misalingment. Each gantry ships with two remote controls.
Remote Diagnostics: Integrated GSM/cellular connectivity enables fast offsite troubleshooting by CLP or Engineered Rigging technical teams to resolve issues quickly and prevent project delays.
Reliability: Built exclusively with non-proprietary, world-class industrial components, including Bosch Rexroth proportional hydraulics and Siemens electrical systems, simplifying global parts sourcing and routine maintenance.
Safety Optimization: Fully compliant with ASME B30.1 and stringent ISO CE Machinery Directives, these gantries include remote emergency stops, electronic overload control, side-shift limiters, and optional hydraulic servo-assisted locking collars for mechanical extensions. Multi-axle wheel assemblies spread ground loads effectively while facilitating smooth movement across track junctions.
